Zigbee CIDs

nRF52840 Compatibility Matrix

The Zigbee® Certification IDs (CID) for the nRF52840 SoC used with nRF Connect SDK are listed here. The CIDs apply to all package variants of the SoC.

The CID information corresponds to the requirements of the Connectivity Standards Alliance certification policy.

Note: nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee is deprecated and will not be upgraded. Use nRF Connect SDK for new designs.

3 CID is deprecated. The Zigbee stack integrated with the nRF Connect SDK version is not eligible for certification due to security vulnerabilities.
4 CID is deprecated. The Zigbee stack integrated with the nRF Connect SDK version is not eligible for certification due to security vulnerabilities. A patched, precompiled ZBOSS binary eligible for certification is available on request through a DevZone ticket. Nordic Semiconductor plans to obtain Zigbee Compliant Platform certification for the patched ZBOSS binaries to enable Zigbee End Product certification for customers using them.
5 CID is deprecated. The Zigbee stack integrated with the nRF5 SDK version is not eligible for certification due to security vulnerabilities.
