ZB_ZCL_ATTR_PRICE_SRV_START_OF_BLOCK_PERIOD	The StartOfBlockPeriod attribute represents the start time of the current block tariff period.
ZB_ZCL_ATTR_PRICE_SRV_BLOCK_PERIOD_DURATION	The BlockPeriodDuration attribute represents the current block tariff period duration in units defined by the BlockPeriodDurationType attribute.
ZB_ZCL_ATTR_PRICE_SRV_THRESHOLD_MULTIPLIER	ThresholdMultiplier provides a value to be multiplied against Threshold attributes.
ZB_ZCL_ATTR_PRICE_SRV_THRESHOLD_DIVISOR	ThresholdDivisor provides a value to divide the result of applying the ThresholdMultiplier attribute to Block Threshold values to derive values That can be compared against the CurrentBlockPeriodConsumptionDelivered attribute within the Metering cluster.
