The Asset Tracker v2 application transmits data to nRF Cloud for visualization. Therefore, it requires a valid up-to-date security certificate.
After you have established a connection with nRF Cloud, if the security certificate is overwritten at some point of time, you might need to update the security certificate that is stored in Nordic Thingy:91.
Note: Nordic Thingy:91 comes
pre-provisioned with a valid nRF Cloud certificate,
and the following steps are required only if you need to update the certificate
on Nordic Thingy:91.
