Service Changed CCCD permission configuration parameters, set with sd_ble_cfg_set .
- Note
- ble_gatts_attr_md_t::vlen is ignored and should be set to 0.
- Return values

NRF_ERROR_INVALID_PARAM One or more of the following is true: - ble_gatts_attr_md_t::write_perm is out of range.
- ble_gatts_attr_md_t::write_perm is BLE_GAP_CONN_SEC_MODE_SET_NO_ACCESS , that is not allowed by the Bluetooth Specification.
- wrong ble_gatts_attr_md_t::read_perm , only BLE_GAP_CONN_SEC_MODE_SET_OPEN is allowed by the Bluetooth Specification.
- wrong ble_gatts_attr_md_t::vloc , only BLE_GATTS_VLOC_STACK is allowed.
