Wakeup timer

The wakeup timer wakes the system from Hibernate or Hibernate_PT modes. Host software configures the timer before the device enters the Hibernate mode. The time programmed to the wakeup timer must be longer than t_PWRDN.

If the chip exits from Hibernate mode due to the wakeup timer expiring, TIMER mode is automatically changed to boot monitor.
