nRF54LV10A is part of the nRF54L Series. All wireless System-on-Chip (SoC) options in the series integrate an ultra-low power multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio with MCU (Microcontroller Unit) functionality featuring a 128 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor.
nRF54LV10A is designed for applications requiring low voltage 1.2 V to 1.7 V power supply and GPIO. These include direct supply from silver oxide coin-cells. In these applications, the built-in hibernation mode extends shelf life of devices with an enclosed battery. Additionally, low-voltage GPIO simplifies integration with external devices with voltage-limited I/O interfaces.
Nordic Semiconductor's proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and advanced multiprotocol radio design, enable ultra-low power consumption, reducing battery size or increasing lifetime.
Designed with versatility in mind, the nRF54L Series SoCs are suited to enable a broad range of applications. The multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio supports Bluetooth® LE with optional features including Channel Sounding introduced in Bluetooth Core 6.0, as well as 802.15.4-2020 and a proprietary 2.4 GHz mode supporting up to 4 Mbps for higher throughput.
nRF54LV10A is available in an ultra-compact 1.9x2.3 mm CSP package and a QFN package. The ultra-compact package option, combined with the support for lower supply voltage and hibernation mode enables a range of demanding wireless products, including those requiring silver oxide batteries commonly used in size constrained wearable biosensors, medical devices and asset trackers.
