UART1 is the primary serial interface used for AT commands, data, and firmware updates.
The default baud rate is 115,200 bps. The following baud rates are supported:
- 600 bps
- 1200 bps
- 2400 bps
- 4800 bps
- 9600 bps
- 19,200 bps
- 38,400 bps
- 57,600 bps
- 115,200 bps
- 230,400 bps
- 460,800 bps
- 921,600 bps
- 3,000,000 bps
Autobauding is enabled by setting +IPR=0. CTS/RTS hardware flow control is
supported.
UART1 supports low-power operation and can be used as nRF93M1 wake-up source from System OFF when the UART is configured to 9 600 baud prior to entering System OFF. The DTR pin is the wake input.
