Production RF test support
For production-line RF characterization the nRF93M1 supports a non-signalling RF test mode via AT%RFTEST. The command supports single-tone transmit at 0–23 dBm and RSSI-based receive characterization across the supported bandwidth set (1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 MHz). The AT%PRODDONE command latches the production-complete flag after the test sequence.
