Typical current consumption figures for nRF93M1 by operating state.

All values are measured at the module VDD pins with a conducted 50 Ω load on the antenna port. Typ is at maximum TX power, VDD = 3.8 V, TA = 25°C. PSM, eDRX, and DRX were measured in System OFF. Worst-case and best-case values depend on network configuration and are not controlled by the module.
