nRF93M1 integrates a power management system that handles the voltage supply, system power-state, network-driven power-saving features, and reset behavior. Sleep states are managed through the system, delivering power efficiency without additional input from the host MCU.
The module has three system-wide power modes: System ON, System OFF, and System Disabled. Within these modes, the module continuously selects the most power-efficient internal configuration compatible with the current LTE modem state, the configured power-saving parameters, and the host interface activity without additional external input.
Power consumption follows the use model, not a host-selected state. The internal mechanisms by which the module achieves them are implementation-defined and may be improved in later firmware releases without changing these guarantees.
