nRF93M1 Preliminary Datasheet

nRF93M1 Datasheet

nRF93M1 is an easy-to-use, compact, pre-certified LTE Cat 1 bis module delivering global connectivity for more data-intensive cellular IoT applications. It integrates Wi-Fi and cellular location along with a rich set of features enabling optimized, robust designs that are backed by Nordic's long-term availability and life cycle support. nRF93M1 is available in multi-regional and global module options that are fully pin- and interface-compatible. Supported by Nordic's AI-assisted development flow, nRF93M1 ships out of the box with nRF Cloud location and device management services to lower deployment risk and speed time-to-market.

The two module variants are software compatible and share the same interfaces, AT command set, and firmware. However, they differ in supported LTE bands and in certification coverage.
