Harmonics performance

nRF9151 Hardware Design Guidelines

The following tables show nRF9151 TX harmonics performance of 3GPP LTE category Cat-M1, IoT Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN), and DECT NR+ for different bands during a TX subframe in nominal conditions. The results represent typical unit performance maximum to 50 Ω load.

The following table shows the LTE Cat-M1 TX harmonics at 23 dBm, 3.7 V, +25°C, and 50 Ω.
