How to customize the profile

You can customize the following aspects of the nRF Connect terminal profile:

• The shell the nRF Connect terminal profile is using. To do so, define the shell using the nrf-connect.terminalProfile.shell setting.

• The granularity of output in the nRF Connect terminal profile when building. To do so, change the nrf-connect.buildTerminal.condensedProgress setting.

• The keybindings to be handled in the shell instead of being treated as keybindings for Visual Studio Code commands. To do so, change the terminal.integrated.commandsToSkipShell by adding items prefixed with the - character for the chosen command ID.
