Check the Conditioning Function

nRF54LS05B Datasheet

  1. Apply software reset (RNGCONTROL.CONTROL.SOFTRST = 1)
  2. Write the control register
  3. Write the KEY register
  4. Write the data to the TESTDATA register (after each write, wait until the TESTDATABUSY flag becomes low)
  5. Read the result from the FIFO
