- Apply software reset (RNGCONTROL.CONTROL.SOFTRST = 1)
- Write the control register
- Write the KEY register
- Write the data to the TESTDATA register (after each write, wait until the TESTDATABUSY flag becomes low)
- Read the result from the FIFO
