• Changed the bootstrap subcommand to create the extcap directory if it does not exist.
• Changed the serial port flow control to hardware flow control, which sets the Ready to Send (RTS) and Clear to Send (CTS) signal pins high.
• Changed the process for searching for sniffer devices to check every serialport provided by a connected device. This also fixes an issue where the nRF52DK v3.0.0 would not show up as a valid sniffer in Wireshark.
• Changed the formatting of how HCI and Bluetooth LE devices are listed in Wireshark by the external capture plugins.
