• Added support for Artifactory as a package index host. Requires a named configuration to specify the details of the artifactory hosting and how to access the stored Artifactory access token.
• Added --modifier <name> flag to config package-index add to allow users to specify a modifier to create for the new package index to save them manually adding it later.
