• The suit-envelope-hierarchy subcommand has been renamed to envelope-hierarchy.
• The envelope-hierarchy subcommand will now interpret Component Ids according to the Nordic Component Id schema and print out the interpreted form. Unrecognised Component Ids will still be printed as raw byte string lists.
• Improved error messages for SMP failures
