- Fixed issues when reading FICR using
nrfutil device x-read --address <address in FICR>andnrfutil device x-filedump --ficrfor nRF52, nRF53, nRF54L and nRF91 Series. This previously errored out, but should now work correctly. - Fixed issues with device detection for some older nRF52 devices.
