- nRF54H: Fixed an issue where MRAM writes would not be committed if the last address of the write was the 4th, 3rd or 2nd last byte of an MRAM word.
- nRF54L: Fixed an issue where a write to memory would sometimes not be committed.
- nRF54H: Access is now requested before accessing global RAM.
