nrfutil suitnow supports SUIT operations over SMP over UART. These operations include upload and installation of SUIT envelopes, and fetching of SUIT manifests installed on the device. The following new commands have been added:upload-envelope,upload-cache-raw,install,cleanupandmanifests.
