• Updated the styling for the HTML documentation rendered with the --help-extended flag.
• The --license flag output now respects the --json and --json-pretty flags and outputs a structured list of licenses.
• The command 'nrfutil upgrade' now skips installing a new package if the classification of the installed package differs from the classification of the package prepared by the command.
• nrfutil no longer caches downloaded tarballs in the NRFUTIL_HOME directory. These caches have been unused since v8.0.0 and are no longer created.
